To celebrate the 20the anniversary of our International Youth Cup we planned something new and hope you will appreciate it.

 

Our goal : all participants and leaders together on Sunday 27/05/12 for a big fest at Beukenhof !

 

Details :

-      Start at 18h (immediately after the finals of the single event)

-      Barbeque for all (see down)

-      Prize ceremony for the single event

-      Delivery of the tournament T-shirts

-      Music and animation

 

More details you will receive during your stay in Hasselt.

 

Let’s hope we can bring the whole IYC-family together on Sunday 27 May 2012 and create an unforgettable evening.

 

 

Barbeque

 

Adults : 3 peaces of meat – vegetables – bread – 1 soft drink/bear  à 10 €

Children : 2 peaces of meat – vegetables – bread – 1 soft drink à 7 €

 

Look out : reservation is necessary together with the entries

For vegetarians special meals on demand.

 

For the people who make reservation for meals, A – C  or D, on Sunday 27/05/12 the barbecue is included.

Special tickets for the barbecue will replace the ticket for Sunday evening.
